Buy Tickets
Tickets for the 2012 Festival will go on sale January 30, 2012. For now, you can read about what the prices will be and the methods of payment you'll be able to use.
Ticket prices are as follows:
Friday: $25 regular, $20 senior, $10 student
Saturday: $25 regular, $20 senior, $10 student
Sunday: $20 regular, $15 senior, $10 student
A weekend pass (a ticket to all three concerts) is $55 regular, $45 seniors.
There are four ways to buy tickets:
- In person: at the Mandel Hall Box Office (1131 E. 57th Street, Chicago IL 60637). Hours are 10am-4pm, Weekdays, Jan. 30th - Feb. 12th.
- By phone: Call (773) 702-7300, same times as above.
- Online: Tickets can be purchased online at our Eventbrite page. You'll need a credit card for this.
- By mail: Send your order form to The Folklore Society, c/o Faculty Exchange, Chicago, IL 60637. Include how many tickets you'd like; which days; whether they are regular, senior, or student.
Forms of payment:
- Check (payable to "The University of Chicago")
- Visa or MasterCard - please include your number, expiration date, and 3 or 4 digit security code
- Cash (in person at the box office only - please don't mail us cash!)
